About Us

In just over six years, Bed Student Rentals has established itself in the Chester property rental market as an independent letting agent focused primarily on providing accommodation for students and young professionals, and we currently offer in excess of 800 rooms.

We offer local Chester expertise having originally set up the Bedquarter Office in Garden Lane in 2018, just a short distance away from the main Parkgate Campus.

Our properties

We have a wide selection of affordable properties on offer and the top-end lets are finished to a high standard. The Wow! Plus ‘Frat by Bed’ options include astroturf lounges, large flat screen televisions, darts and pool. Our houses come in different styles and sizes and from different periods ranging from Victorian town houses to modern two-bed apartments. Many of these can be found in the city centre, the Garden Quarter or overlooking the canal.

Our tenants

We are determined to ensure students are well-suited to the property and therefore build a profile accordingly to ensure the best fit. We ask them about their studies, their preferred location, their ideal living arrangements, what they can afford, along with other personal hobbies or interests and urge all prospective tenants to attend viewings together. We also explain tenancy agreements and the fact they are legally-binding, whilst stipulating that all students must provide proof of a guarantor. We stress the importance of keeping appointments, key distribution and collection, and provide notice to existing occupants of scheduled viewings.
